We now offer two lines of bolted tanks, either coated or 304 stainless steel. 

Using technological advances, this well established coating system has many advantages over existing systems currently on the market.

What is the coating ?

The exterior system is a 100% solids aliphatic polyurethane coating.

• Excellent color and gloss retention
• Outstanding impact and abrasion resistance
• Although applied in a factory setting for optimum quality control, it is designed for field application.  Years down the road, re-application is possible, where in other types of bolted tanks field repairs and periodic maintenance are not an option, only replacement.
• Over 20 standard colors available, and color matching is optional.

The interior system is a NSF approved, 100% solids aliphatic polyurethane designed for potable water, chemical and fuel storage systems.

Key Benefits

• Forms a tough, durable coating that will not impart any taste to the contents of the tank.
• An EPA approved anti-microbial agent can be added to the coating, helping to prevent microbial colonization in potable water applications.
• Although applied in a factory setting for optimum quality control, it is designed for field application.  Years down the road, re-application is possible, where in other types of bolted tanks field repairs and periodic maintenance are not an option, only replacement.
